I had an breakthrough moment yesterday, and I need to share it with you guys. The Problem I Was Trying to Solve At our speed dating events, we'd been using an app built by someone in the community. It did the job, but it had one fundamental flaw: Guests were assigned numbers, and at the end of the night they had to remember each others numbers in order to get matched. People would scribble numbers on napkins, get nervous, get excited, and forget. If you forgot the number, you forgot the person, you get no matches, and the experience broke. It felt impersonal, and I'd never been able to to fix it... until now. The Magic Moment Last night, we launched our new fully functional web app and used it live at an event. Guests came in, entered their name and email, then took a photo of themselves. At the end of the night, instead of trying to remember the numbers of their potential matches, they simply selected the faces and names of the people they wanted to match with. Problem solved ❤️🔥❤️🔥 The Age of the Idea Person Six months ago, this would have cost me thousands and required hiring a developer. But now, it took me an afternoon, a couple of subscriptions, and a few cups of coffee. I built it myself. The gap between having an idea and bringing it to life has essentially closed, and that changes everything 🐦🔥 That means that if you're someone who always has ideas but has always struggled to bring them to life, this is your moment.... My 3-Step Vibe Coding Framework Here's the exact process I use when I want to build something. Step 1: Brain Dump with Wispr Flow Download Wispr Flow. It's an app that transcribes your voice directly into any text box on your screen. I go for a walk and just dump everything out the idea, the problem it solves, how I imagine it working, what it should and shouldn't do. I don't worry about order or structure. I just get it all out. Then open Claude (or your AI of choice) and paste the transcription. Step 2: Let the AI Ask You the Right Questions Once you've dropped your brain dump into Claude, use this prompt: "I've just brain dumped an idea for an app/product. Before we do anything else, ask me any clarifying questions, gaps in the idea, things that aren't defined, how I see certain flows working, what it should and shouldn't include. Help me think it through fully before we move to building." This step is crucial. The AI will surface the things you haven't thought about yet, and your answers will shape everything that comes next. Step 3: Define Your MVP Once you've answered the clarifying questions, use this prompt: "Based on everything I've told you, help me define the Minimum Viable Product. What are the two or three core user flows this needs to have? What are the absolute basic necessities, nothing more? Give me a tight, clear MVP definition, and then write me a build prompt I can take directly into Lovable to start building." This gives you a clean, scoped brief, and a ready-to-use prompt you can drop straight into Lovable (or whichever no-code/vibe coding tool you're using) to start building.
